    • In-depth understanding of all of the following, and exceptional understanding of at least one:
      • Search Engine Optimization
      • Pay-Per-Click Marketing
      • Conversion Optimization
      • Email Marketing
      • Social Media Marketing
      • Web Analytics reporting
    • 2 to 3 years hands-on experience in internet marketing/E-Commerce.
    • Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies and online tools.
    • Must have experience and knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization) and social media experience.
    • Be knowledgeable with data and leverage analytics tools and resources (Google Analytics to understand and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns
    • Extreme attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.


    We offer a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM workweek. Paid holidays, vacation time, sick time, 401K, medical, and holiday bonus.  Work in a friendly environment.  Dress is business casual.  Free parking.  Salary commensurates with experience.

    INTERNET MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR

    We are conveniently located in New Rochelle, NY (Westchester County) near Metro North, I-95, and public bus transportation.

    Omni Financial, a leader in military consumer finance for over 61 years, is looking for a highly energetic full time Internet Marketing Project Coordinator to spearhead projects internally while interfacing with our outside Internet Marketing Agency.  The ideal candidate is reliable, outgoing, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills, good personal credit, works well in a team environment and has experience coordinating, monitoring and reporting on Internet marketing campaigns. 

    The Job Role

     

    Working in coordination with our outside Internet Marketing Agency to:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Omni's business in order to identify opportunity in the digital environment.
    • Coordinate with a wide range of people, including internal teams and departments in order to facilitate online project development and implementation.
    • Establish online target goals, objectives and strategic initiatives.
    • Traffic projects through internal departments.
    • Deliver scheduled reporting of results to all business levels to communicate performance of interactive programs and initiatives
    • Monitor and analyze status reports to assess key performance indicator performance and communicate results to all business levels.
    • Create and manage high volume PPC campaigns with large budgets on Google, Yahoo and MSN.
    • Assist with analyzing and track data to maximize the performance of each campaign to achieve revenue, profit and growth goals.
    • Research, identify and execute on testing new online marketing channels to drive traffic and revenue.
    • Manage and launch marketing programs, projects and new channels in SEO, SEM, PPC, PPP, CRM (including but not limited to: keyword expansion, account restructure/clean up, ad-copy optimization, performance analyses, landing page optimization and bid management)
    • Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to grow and gain market share
    • Create offers and promotions and identify internet marketing channels and programs through which these offers and promotions can be executed to increase revenue
    • Assist with developing testing plans and execute new online marketing programs, such as display, social ads, re-targeting and mobile ads, etc
    • Take initiative to help formulate strategies/plans around future online marketing programs and opportunities
    • Analyze/Interpret Website Traffic Trends
    • Implement SEO strategies Set-up and optimization of PPC campaigns
    • Set-up and testing to increase conversion rates
    • Plan/implement e-mail marketing strategies
    • Day-to-day management of social media accounts
    • Web Analytics reporting
    • Create and oversee specific strategies for all social media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Groupon, Four Square, Yelp, YouTube and more.
