The primary function for this role is to provide remote implementation services for the Fortinet Small Business product line. This support will be provided via phone and requires excellent communication skills. This role will consist of providing remote configuration, implementation and technical advice to the Fortinet Small Business Customer base.
Skill Requirements
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches
• Experience with Networking and Firewalls
• Understanding of ACL, Routing Tables and LDAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills are required.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work well in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, while successfully contributing to achieve results in a high performance team environment is critical.
Training and Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of systems engineering, with a strong background in Networking
• Fortinet FCNSA required
• Network+ or equivalent preferred
