The primary function for this role is to provide technical presales support for the McAfee SaaS product line. This support will be provided via phone or email and will require interfacing with McAfee sales team directly. This role requires excellent communication skills, as there will be a requirement to regularly interact with the McAfee Sales Representatives and their customer base.
Skill Requirements
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
• Experience with Networking and Firewalls
• Understanding of ACL, Routing Tables and LDAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills are required.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work well in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, while successfully contributing to achieve results in a high performance team environment is critical.
Training and Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of systems engineering
• MCP required
• MCSE / MCITP preferred
• Network+ or equivalent preferred
